libej-dev software package provides hardware & software framework for developing science experiments, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libej-dev
libej-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libej-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libej-dev *
You will get with libej-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
